Refunds and cancellations, in plain words.

  1. How paying works

A brand pays for a campaign up front, through Razorpay: the campaign budget, which goes to creators, plus CXB’s 8% fee on top. CXB’s service is delivered online. There is nothing to ship: a campaign can go live as soon as its payment is confirmed.

  2. Cancel within 5 hours for a refund

In the 5 hours after your payment is confirmed, and before you accept any creator, you can cancel the campaign from its Payment section. You get back what you paid, CXB’s 8% included, less the charge Razorpay keeps for processing that payment. The refund breakdown shows the exact amount before you confirm.

The campaign closes at once, so no creator can apply to it. CXB checks the request, then sends the refund.

  3. After 5 hours, or once you've accepted a creator

You can no longer cancel by yourself. Use “Ask CXB to cancel” on the campaign, or write to hello@earnwithreels.com.

Creators you accepted keep their time to post until the campaign’s end date, and they are paid for the work you approve. Once every creator is paid or released, CXB reviews the campaign and refunds what is left of the budget, with the part of CXB’s fee we agree to return. The refund breakdown shows the amount and any deductions.

  4. When a campaign ends

A campaign closes after its end date, India time. Money that no creator earned stays with the campaign until CXB reviews it and refunds what is left, as above.

  5. How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay. Once a refund is sent, banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. You can follow it under Payment activity on the campaign.

  6. Payments that didn't go through

If money left your account but the payment didn’t complete, Razorpay returns it to you automatically. If you started paying for a draft and didn’t finish, you can close that draft; nothing is charged for it.

  7. What isn't refunded

    • Money paid to creators for work you approved.
    • The charge Razorpay keeps for processing a payment that is later refunded.
  8. Creators

Creators pay nothing to join or apply. CXB’s 10% fee is taken from a creator’s reward when it is paid, so there is nothing for a creator to get back.

  9. Problems and disputes

Write to hello@earnwithreels.com first, with the campaign’s name. A person reads every email. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card company, the campaign’s payment is put on hold until the dispute is settled.

  10. Changes to this policy

When we change how refunds work, we update this page and the date on it. Last updated 15 October 2026.
