The rules of CXB, in plain words.
Creators never pay CXB.
Joining is free. The fee you see on a brief is the money you get.
Brands add funds to CXB up front.
A brand adds its budget, with our 8% included, when it posts a brief, and CXB pays the creators from it. Cancel before accepting anyone and the payment is returned less confirmed payment gateway charges. Later cancellations and unused funds require review; the refund breakdown confirms the amount and any deductions.
Creators get paid only for work the brand approves.
If a brand asks for changes or says no, it writes you a note saying why.
Final amounts are confirmed after the campaign ends.
The brand confirms your final amount. After the required review, holding period and bank checks, Earnings shows what is ready to withdraw to your own bank account.
A brief pays you in one of three ways.
A set amount for each approved reel. Or pay by results, like views or sales. Or both: a set amount for an approved reel, plus pay by results. Each brief shows the most you can earn.
Your Instagram stays yours.
You connect with Instagram’s own login, so we never see your password. We can’t post for you, and you can disconnect any time. To show a brand how your reel did, we check its views and caption.
Brands see your audience only if you say yes.
You say yes one campaign at a time, and it ends with the campaign.
A person reviews every fake-view flag.
A flag alone never changes a fee. No check catches every fake view, ours included.
Tracking links count clicks.
A visitor is one browser, remembered for 30 days. Sales and sign-ups a brand sends us go to the creator who brought them.
You post on your own Instagram.
Label paid reels #ad. A brand can run your reel as an ad only if the brief says so.
These rules can change.
When they do, we update this page. It isn’t a legal contract.
