Are you a creator or a brand?

Getting paid for reels, explained.

What is CXB?

CXB is a marketplace in India where brands pay Instagram creators to make reels. Brands post briefs, creators apply with a short pitch, and each brief shows what it pays before anyone applies.

Which platforms are supported?

CXB only supports Instagram reels for now.

Do creators pay CXB anything?

No. CXB never charges creators. The fee you see on a brief is the money you get.

Where are all the rules?

On the Rules page: fees, payments, Instagram data, checks and tracking links, in plain words.

How do I get paid for Instagram reels?

Pick a brief on CXB and apply with a short pitch. If the brand accepts, post the reel on your Instagram and send it in. Once the brand approves it and the campaign ends, you withdraw the money to your bank account.

Is CXB free to join?

Yes. Joining CXB is free for creators.

Can I get paid to post reels without a big following?

Yes. Brands on CXB look for real people whose followers trust them, so a good pitch counts for more than a big follower count.

Are there brand deals for micro influencers in India?

Yes. CXB works with creators of every size in India, from nano and micro creators up, and every fee is in rupees.

Do you need my Instagram password?

No. You connect through Instagram's own login, so CXB never sees your password, can't post for you, and you can disconnect any time. To show a brand how your reel did, CXB checks its views and caption.

What if a brief pays less than my usual rate?

Skip it. Every brief shows what it pays before you apply, so you only pitch for the ones that work for you.

When do I get paid?

After the campaign ends, the brand confirms your final amount. Once the required review, holding period and bank checks are complete, Earnings shows what is ready to withdraw to your own bank account.

What happens if my reel is flagged?

A person looks at it. A flag on its own never changes your fee.

What are paid UGC reels?

UGC means user-generated content: a video made by a real person. On CXB you post it on your own Instagram with the #ad label.

Can I delete the reel afterwards?

Ask the brand first. If you delete it, CXB stops counting its views.

What do I pay?

You add your campaign budget to CXB up front, with our 8% included, and CXB pays your creators from it. They're paid only for work you approve, after the campaign ends and required checks. Unused funds are reviewed for return; the refund breakdown confirms any deductions.

Can I choose how creators are paid?

Yes, three ways. Fixed: the same fee for every creator whose reel you approve. By results: your budget is paid out by views, reach, engagement, link clicks or sales, as a share of the budget, a rate per result, or targets. Hybrid: a guaranteed fee for approved reels plus pay by results.

Do I get to choose the creators?

Yes. Creators apply with a short pitch and you pick who fits. You see their follower count once they link Instagram.

What stops a creator buying fake views?

CXB saves each reel's numbers over time and looks for warning signs, and a person checks anything that looks off. No check catches everything.

Do I pay for a reel that gets flagged?

You decide. A flag changes nothing by itself, and a person checks it.

Can I reuse the reels in my own ads?

Only if your brief says so. Agree on it before creators start.

What is a creator brand marketplace?

A place where brands post paid work and creators pick it up directly, with no agency in the middle.
